Laptop keyboard doesn't work, but if I use a USB keyboard or power button it work perfectly.

Title, I've formatted my computer, and before that I reinstalled my keyboard drivers.

When you reinstall the drivers, did you uninstall them, reboot and then let the system do the reinstall? If not, I would try that.

Should that not work, and you said an external keyboard does work, then there is something going on with the attached keyboard. Check if for dust and debris. If not that, it may well need to be replaced.
