Laptop keyboard not working

Hi

I have the toshiba satellite w30dt-a-100 and the keyboard is no working. However when i plug the charger in it works. This happened randomly. Have tried uninstalling nothing happened. Please help!!

What OS are you on? If this is only happening when you're plugged in and out of battery power, you may be suffering from a glitch in the OS. Prior to that, can you see if you're on the latest BIOS update for your laptop using this link?
