Laptop motherboard problem

I have a dell inspiron 15 (notebook) a while back i had to press the power button numerous times before it powered on, but now it does not anymore. Someone inspected it and told me the motherboard had blown (probably due to excessive accidental blockage of the vent) please tell me there is some way that i could repair it.

No, you need to replace it. If the system overheated it could also be a dead CPU.
