Question Laptop not booting windows and bios

Hello guys, I recently got a problem with my Dell Latuide 3500. It's around 1 month old now and It won't boot windows or the BIOS anymore. I only get to see the DELL logo when I try to boot windows. And when I try to start up the BIOS pressing f2 on startup it will fill up half of the bar and freeze. This happened after I reset the bios to factory settings because I had a problem before because of running a .bat file that disables unnecessary services in the background, which it disabled the outlook service where I couldn't log into my user anymore. Very stupid from me, but I'm not sure if it happened because of that.
What is the best thing I can do? Thanks in advance

If it is that new, you should contact the manufacturer, as it is under warranty with them. Having anyone else mess with it (or even messing with some things yourself) would void that warranty.
