Solved! laptop not booting

I have a Dell G7-7390, and it just made a single click and shut down. When i tried to turn it on, the fans started for a few seconds, and the caps lock key lit up, but then after a few seconds there was a single click, and the lights went out and the fans stopped. I've tried turning it on multiple times now, and it does the same thing. Does anyone know what I can do?
Update: I think the click is coming from the storage

What is the state of the battery? Is the external charger connected and the charge light lit. If you have a hard drive, the click is probably the hard drive parking.
