Laptop Not Holding Charge

I recently purchased a CyberPower PC Fangbook HX6, and after a few days, realized that the whenever the computer is unplugged, it turns off immediately. This happens even when the battery icon shows and says that the computer is fully charged. I would appreciate any insights into how to fix this, however replacing the battery is something I would like to avoid doing. Thanks

Take out the battery, the charger, power off your PC
Hold the power button down for 15 secs
Put the battery back in with the charger
Power it on and see if this problem still happens
