Webworkings that's how I fried my laptop. That's why I was saying it. I know that you're an expert. I'm just saying what happened to me.
I guess you should by a new laptop now man. If you think that it might be the battery then remove the battery and put the power plug. If it turns on then you need a new battery. If not then there might be a problem with the motherboard or something. If it's still under warranty they might replace it. But I guess it's not since it's quite old. Not worth repairing anyways
