For about 3 weeks now I am experiencing a video playback problem. The video hiccups and there is a Buzzing or a feedback loop for a second. It seems to happen randomly. I thought I had turned off hardware acceleration. Then I found out from a tech at Nvidia that in windows7 hardware acceleration is set to maximum and greyed out. I called Dell and we tried a bunch of things uninstalled and re-installed the video drivers (both the Intel and Nvidia one) I am now facing a MOBO replacement cause of course the video card is on the MOBO. I am linking to a video you can watch on YouTube. It occurs at 28 seconds in and another time near the end.

Solution
Start with making sure your power profile in control panel is set to Performance. If you have two RAM modules installed, remove one and try it. If it still does it, switch them out and try it again. Make sure the graphics adapter in the bios is set to your Nvidia adapter.
