laptop processor upgrade

i have intel core 2 duo cpu t5870 @ 2.00ghz, 4.00gb ram, nvidia geforce8200m g processor

We need the model of the laptop to be sure, but usually with a laptop even when a cpu upgrade is possible its rarely worth the cost.
