Hi.I have an hp amd a10 laptop with 4gb ddr4 ram.the current ram frequency is 1866 mhz.i want to add a extra 4 gb ram.can any one recommend the correct ram for Upgrading my laptop without any problem.also please men1the ram frequency.thank you.

if you are on your laptop right now. download and run any of the following below. and share the info here so we can confirm for you too.

just let it run for 2mins and the resulting web link will show you the part number for your RAM.

go to SPD tab and look at the manufacturer and part number.
https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

you can also just unscrew the back of your laptop to reveal your RAM. usually there is a sticker across it that says the part number of the particular RAM installed.
