Solved! laptop right click harder then left click

My laptops touch pad right click makes an annoying sound when i press it and is harder to click.
When i got the touchpad out it looked misaligned, it is like 3 mm to the side of the right click.

Can i just pull the frame off and glue it back on or is that a bad idea ?

That risk is really up to you. I would have let it be. But if you want to give it a try, maybe use two sided tape instead of glue to keep the glue from spreading and possibly cover something it shouldn't - if adhesive is needed.
