Laptop running hot. MSI Laptop

Hi, I recently got a brand new MSI GS73 VR 7RF Stealth Pro Gaming laptop. I play Black desert online and it runs extremely hot. It gets so hot that I can't even touch the bottom. Is this normal? Also is there any solutions? Thanks!

Btw I know proper etiquette for keeping laptops cool, I.E. keeping vents ventilated etc.

most laptops get hot because cooling isnt well if you are woried get a laptop cooling pad. and use a computter vaccum cooler it sucks air out and helps with the temps.

I sympathise , I;m also a sorry GS 60 Stealth pro or as I like to call it " The Reactor " owner .I can only recommend you buy a laptop cooler . Or be prepRED TO WATCH YOUR NEW LAPTOP BUCKLE AND WARP .
Ive been in a dispute with MSI over this . I contend that the thermal issues are a design fault that have been been well documented over the past 2 years ( numerous forum posts and in depth reviews likes Toms make mention of it ) NSI should have at least given out a product warning , stating that when used for extended periods of time the recommend the use of a cooler . There response was that its not normal to use your laptop for more than 4 hours at any one time . ROFL they classify it as a gaming laptop , of course its going to be used for extended periods of time .
MSI need to redesign the whole model , all they have done is put in a 3rd fan

I would recommend that you run the game at lower settings as the laptop is thin it will heat up very fast. Also use a laptop cooler.
