I use an MSI Apache Pro GE72VR 7RF with an i7 processor and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card. The only game I play is overwatch, which I run at all lowest settings at about 100~ fps. This makes my computer get really hot, specifically my CPU hitting 90*c+ regularly while ingame. Overwatch is 2 years old and I got this laptop about 1 year ago. This is while running the fans on max (6000 rpm) too, and having it on the balanced power plan rather than performance since power saver limits fps.

I applied new thermal paste and cleaned it completely which did nothing. Is there anyway to fix this besides buying a laptop fan which I hear dont help more than 10*c. This is probably killing my fans lifespan's as well.

Buy a laptop fan. I used this one and it works really good. https://www.amazon.com/HAYATA-Laptop-Cooler-Extracting-Cooling/dp/B01COVL88K/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1523656071&sr=8-9&keywords=laptop+cooling+fan. You can buy a more expensive/better ones. Price ranged from 10$ to 30$
