Laptop safe temp.

I have a laptop which has the following specs:-

Intel Core i3-3110M @2.40GHz
Intel HD4000 integrated gpu
4 GB RAM
500 GB HDD

In the following conditions the temp.(s) are:-
Idle 69-72 C
Gaming 79-85 C

Should I be worried with these temperatures

They are Pretty in range but have you cleaned your heatsink and re-applied the thermal paste?
