Laptop screen goes black if pushed back when gaming using the dedicated card.

I got a laptop Dell 7559 a few months ago, so it's still pretty new and I don't think there's wear or anything. My problem started a few weeks ago, it is that when I'm playing a game and push the screen beyond 90 degrees to the base, the screen goes black, as if nothing is being rendered on it. The backlight is working perfectly, and if I bring it back to 90 degree, the visuals come back. This only happens if I decide to play a game using the GTX 960M and not the integrated graphics Intel HD 530, otherwise every thing is working perfectly, I can browse the Internet, watch movies, etc. no matter how far back I push the screen. The games also work perfectly fine if using an HDMI output. The graphic card also pushes out the exact same FPS as it did before this problem started occurring. Haven't overclocked my card and the cooling system is pretty great on this laptop, so it never really heats up in the 1 hour or so I play in a day. I don't have a warranty and too broke to take it for Dell to repairs, so I was hoping if someone could tell me whether it's a loose connection at the back of the LCD that I'm confident I can fix myself or if I'm really done for and there's no way out of this.

It does sound like something is loose, or possibly getting jarred.

You might wish to try opening up the laptop and first check the ribbon cord that connects the display. Make sure it isn't being bent, pinched, pulled loose etc.

Then I would also check the connections to the GTX 9660M and make sure it isn't being jarred loose when you move the screen. Stranger things have happened.
