laptop screen not showing all pixels

HI, i Just bought a new asus laptop (vivobook sc400). I noticed that there are some (well, kinda a lot) pixels at the corner of the screen that dont work properly. They are not dead, since sometimes they show fine. I bought it from amazon about a week ago, if I return/exchange it will i be charged extra. Thanks
