Laptop Screen Not Working

I have Dell inspiron 3521 laptop and it screen does not appear anything (Like power off) but laptop is running properly. I try with external monitor and it is working. But display is not working. Please help me to solve this trouble.

If you can see fine on the external monitor, then your attached display, or the ribbon cable that connects it, are your problem.

This means it will have to be opened up and checked.

If the device is still under warranty, contact the manufacture. However if it is no longer under warranty, then you can try opening it up yourself and check it, if you feel comfortable doing so, or take it to a local tech.
