Laptop screen problem or cable problem

I wonder which part of the screen has the problem.There are lines on the screen , the half is black and the other half is white.
Because i can't attach photos, there is an other way to post photos here?
Please help.

I have removed the display from the laptop and i connected it to my dell monitor via vga cable and it's ok.
Most probably is the laptop screen that has the problem
