Are the video drivers installed OK and colors set to 32 bit? Also the laptop looks to be in rough shape, tape and tape residue on the screen bezel, was the screen worked on or opened for some reason? You can check the connections to the laptop from the screen. If it's not an issue with the screen itself that may help.

i open the bezel for unlocking screen cable ,when i unlocked cable and re conected it then i got better view (not clearly )than last view.. some time it mends to be clear and then it actually fade away slowly..
