Solved! Laptop Screen turns black

My laptop screen turns off for a second and comes back on every time I plug and unplug the charger. Is there a fix to it?

don´t unplug or plug the charger while the laptop is on

reinstall all drivers from the laptop´s manufacturer´s homepage

set the power plan to "balanced" on battery and plugged to the charger
