laptop showing black screen and post or beeping codes

hi guys, i have an acer laptop. after shutting it down, its not displaying anything. I tried to remove the charger and battery the pressed the power button for about 60 seconds, then plugged in the charger and hit the power button, but improvement. then i went on to remove the RAM and tried to switch it on again but no beeping sound or anything. What should i do now? Please help!

is the laptop powering on just not displaying anything on screen?

when you press the power button it is only the battery and power on lights that that you can see. furthermore no fans running or any other action from the laptop
