Solved! laptop shutdown every 15minutes

Hi guys ，could someone help me to solve the laptop shutdown itself problem? This happens when I have install another RAM which is same brand with my laptop into my laptop. I have tried a lot of method but still shutting down pls help me if anyone know how to solve this problem .

Best guess is that the modules,the new and the one already in the laptop,don't play together,means you have to return it and try another option.
