Laptop shutting down and restarting when using certain sites and programs

Recently my laptop took some slight water damage and I had to get the hard drive replaced. I have a Samsung Chronos Series 7, and when I visit a certain website my screen goes blue and then asks how I wish to reboot after the sudden shut down? Any suggestions on a fix?
