Laptop stars automaticly and turns off

Hi, i was going to restore to factory reset my laptop. For a while it was stuck at 66% so i took out my battery and plugged it back. Now the laptop start and shuts down after around 5sec autommaticly and it repeats. I don't know what's happending and i also do not have so much knowledge about laptop. Can someone help me or tell me what the promblem is? Please?

The model is HP 15g030so Notebook. I did it beacuse i was going to sell it. No problems before

Can you get into the bios screen? Do you see the harddisk there or listed on the start screen?

I can just see the HP Logo there. Nothing more. Sorry,, but i don't know what you mean with the bios screen

You should be able to access the BIOS by tapping the F10 key as soon as you see the HP welcome screen.

I guess you have to select the recovery partition on your harddisk as the boot device to start the recovery again. Should be under "Changing boot options"

I clicked troubleshoot
And then reset your pc
And the the only option was windows 10

Now it says (insert your windows installation or recovery media to continue)

I dont have any media like this. I installed windows 10 for free

Download the appropriate Windows 10 iso and burn it to DVD or copy it to an USB stick and install from there.

I did it and it started working but after a while it said (there was a promblem resseting your pc)

I'm out of ideas now! I can't help without any more info about the nature of the problem or an error code.´at this point
