Solved! Laptop Startup Problem

Assalamualaikum. Good Morning, I hope you have a good day. I'm using NEC (old version laptop), Windows 10. My problem is :
1. After NEC logo, Preparing Automotic Repair appear but not working. Screen change to black blank and the white arrow still working.

What need I do, Please, I hope someone will help me ?

Make sure you wait for after that appears to see if it finishes (maybe just leave it on overnight). Next step is to reinstall Windows. Using a blank USB flash drive, go here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and follow the procedure for making a bootable install media for another computer. Boot from that flash drive on your computer (you may have to enter the BIOS to do this. I don't know how to do that on your machine so you may have to search on the internet to find out. You will be asked if you want to refresh Windows (try that first) or do a clean reinstall (that will overwrite everything including any data or programs).

Often the problem you describe is caused by software. If so, this will be fixed. If the problem is hardware, you will need to have the machine repaired. Good luck!
