Laptop stop working keys don't work can't put password in

Laptop not working and I can't click on password and also can't type any thing over password .
I need the solution .

Try an external keyboard and mouse, if that works, re-seat the keyboard and touchpad connections. If that does not work, replace keyboard. If that does not work, your motherboard keyboard connections may be bad.
