Laptop suggestion needed

Hello , I would like to buy a laptop but I don't exactly know what to buy. I want to use it for playing some games ( like World of Warcraft , Diablo 3 , League of Legends) , programming (C++ and C# mainly) and I'll also have a MySQL server running and apache for testing purposes. My budget is around 500-1000$. If it's possible I would like something that also has a touchscreen. Could you give me some suggestions? Also Merry Christmas everyone!
