laptop suggestions needed- under $700

i have very moderate knowledge about laptops, i have knowledge but not technically if you know what i mean
so am planning to buy a laptop under $700.
basically am gunna use it for
1) Movies ( i watch movies alot, so a better resolution would be nice )
2) gaming ( not very much of gaming, but looking to play like call of duty ghosts and all battlefield 3 and 4, will not be playing them very much and can play on mid setting )
3) browsing and other light stuff, no photo or video editing etc.

i have never used 1080p so wanting to use it for movies..
guide me about processor and graphics , which processor and graphics would be fine for these games?
and what about amd a10 processor? they nice enough?
and am looking for a laptop with discrete 2gb graphics

I am sorry but I don't think you'll find a 1080p screen with a powerful enough GPU under your budget for cod ghosts at med settings.

it varies from system to system but benchmarks at notebookcheck reflect the 850m enough for 1080p at med settings and 840m at low 1080p or med at 768p.

any CPU that has 2 cores or more that ultra boosts itself to 2.7ghz or maybe 3ghz or higher should be enough for those games you mentioned at med settings
