Laptop, switching between 2 graphics cards

Hi, I have a HP Envy laptop, I cant remember the exact name and it seems to have disappeared off the website I bought it from. The specs it said has is 8gb ram, anda Radeon Hd 8550g graphics card. However whenever I look at what graphics card I have, through various methods, It says I have Intel hd4000. I assume I can switch teh graphics so that it uses the radeon one rather than the INtel one? any help is appreciated.

Go to search in Windows and find Device Manager. Once in Device Manager, go to Display Adapters. Does it list the 8550g and the HD 4000 under Display Adapters?
