Laptop that supports Adobe flash player i don't alot of money

You have to give us an idea of your budget and , preferably, what you will use the machine for.
Unfortunately, "A good laptop" and "cheap" have very little intersection, so we need to know what we have to work for. And if a Chromebook would do, since Adobe Flash is usually used as a browser plugin.

Waiting for more information....

OK, so all you need is the ability to use the Internet and a browser with Adobe flash player, not play Grand Theft Auto XXVI or stuff like that? And your price range is USD $300 - 400?

If that's the case, anyone have ideas? I'm just here to get the details.

EDIT: Did you try this: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/chromebook-central/EyYT7Diwz3E/GnJ-wnqkBgAJ ? For just web browsing, a chromebook will be your cheapest option.

Solution
The following 15.6" Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575-33BM for $350 with a Core i3-7100u CPU should be fine for your needs. 4GB of RAM is somewhat limited, but for basic needs it should be fine. You can always install more RAM later. It has a 1080p screen and 1TB hard drive.

Here's a link to a list of Youtube videos regarding the laptop which includes a general review and some games tested on the laptop (after it was upgraded to 12GB of RAM); published by Tech Deals.
