Laptop to play Sims 4

Looking for advice on a good, but also reasonably priced laptop to play the Sims 4 smoothly and to edit photos on. I've been looking at MSIs in the $600-800 range but want honest input and don't want to pay for more than I need. Thank you in advance

You can get a cheaper system but then you will not have a real quad core CPU, solid state drive and a good video card, one of those will be missing, or it will be a lower quality brand. I'd recommend spending on the high side of your budget, faster system now means it will run future software/games better.
