Laptop to play starcraft ~450$

I am looking for a laptop to play starcraft 2 at as high of settings as possible. My budget is about 450$.what is the best i can expect? Thabk you all for your time

820M is a relatively fast gaming card for HD resolution .
You may find laptops of other brands . i just pointed out what is the best within the budget . i cant tell anything about the quality .
