Laptop to run Dota 2, $400?

Hey guys,
I am looking for a laptop that cun run games like Dota 2, CS:GO, TF2, etc. at high graphic settings and about 60 fps. The budget is around $400 and I can raise it a little bit maybe by $50 or $100 if I get real lucky. So recommend laptops for these prices that can handle what was mentioned.
I prefer W 8.1, AMD gpu, and Intel CPU

For $400 you are not going to get a laptop with an intel CPU and a discrete GPU. The best you can get is the igpus that come along with the AMD APUs and Intel CPUs.

Try going for a laptop with an APU with an AMD A8 or maybe A10. The integrated graphics that come with each one may be different, so google them and see which one is better by the benchmarks on notebook check.

This will probably suit you best, for 400 bucks you arent going to have a whole lot of options for gaming, let alone a dedicated GPU but this one will serve your purpose maybe not 60FPS but once again the budget is only 400. Not a lot of options. If you could save up an extra 150 at the most you would have some better choices.

Well this one is 200 dollars from your budget, but it would be more well worth your time than anything a 400 dollar laptop could give you, they WILL run it but probably not on the highest setting you'd want to look at an actually gaming laptop designed for gaming. That will put you around the 800-1000$ range.

Or you could build a desktop for around $500 that can do run the games you want on ultra without a problem.
