laptop touch screen, screen protector

hi, i recently got a hp pavilion touchscreen laptop 15.6 inch screen, my question is this. What is the best screen protector for my touch screen and is there protectors with glare reduction? Also i've seen around the net others say to not get a screen protector because when they pull the protector off the laptop screen to clean the screen it leaves a sticky film on the screen? is that complete nonsense?
more than anything i just want to protect my screen, but laptops are completely virgin ground for me, thanks for your help.

They can affect the how the screen responds to your taps and touches so I never use one.
Just a quick clean occasionally with a microfibre cloth gets rid of all the fingermarks anyway, or use mouse instead of touching the screen.

so your saying you use the touchscreen but not a screen protector correct? just cleaning the screen is good enough and safe to use touch screen
