Hi, I've been looking around and can't find anything that really fits my needs. So here is my situation. I have a Beast ASS PC With top of the line specs, but I cant exactly take it to school for school work. I looking for something that I can handle Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere etc. As well as some gaming from time to time. I don't need it to get MAX FPS As long as it runs game at decent fps on medium to high. It wont be my main PC I have my desktop for that. Gaming isn't even the main focus. I just need something that can multitask with high end software and render out good videos and photos with ease.

TL : DR I need a Laptop that can run everything quite well.

$1,000 AUD is actually not a lot of money for a laptop since computers and laptop are generally more expensive in Australia compared to the US and that is after converting the currency.

The MSI CR62 6M-450AU selling for $989 AUD is probably your best option. It has a quad core i5-6300HQ CPU, 1080p screen that is likely a TN panel (not as good color accuracy as IPS panels can be), but it relies on the Intel HD 530 graphics core. The i5-6300HQ means it is good as a workhorse, but the Intel HD 530 means it is not really that good for games.

The least expensive laptop with a dedicated GPU seems to be the following MSI CX62 6QD-453AU for $1,099 AUD. It has...

The least expensive laptop with a dedicated GPU seems to be the following MSI CX62 6QD-453AU for $1,099 AUD. It has a quad core i7-6700HQ, nVidia 940mx GPU, but only a 1366 x 768 resolution screen.
