Laptop Upgrade Help

I own a VAIO pc sporting a i5 3210m and a intel hd 4400 graphics and i am planning to upgrade.
i have 2 options in my mind, both are acer laptops, one has a i5 6200u and a 920mx. The other laptop has a i3 6100u but a 940m. I am pretty sure the cpu wont bottleneck the graphics card in the i3 configuration, but i want to know wich upgrade would be the best. Have in mind that i usually play FIFA, Civ 5 and 6, GTA V and Battlefield (obviously on my desktop, i just want some gaming on the go not as expensive as a 970m laptop ).

i3 6100u but a 940m without a doubt.

Yes i3 6100u and 940m is a good option for gaming unless you also wanna do some CPU intense work on it besides gaming. It will do fine.
