1. What is your budget?
Anything less than roughly 2000$
2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
Does not really matter
3. What screen resolution do you want?
As long as my eyes don’t bleed I am good so like 1080p and above
4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
It needs to be somewhat portable as I do have to carry it to school but otherwise not really a problem
5. How much battery life do you need?
6+ hours is preferable but I can deal with less for a good reason
6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
I have a desktop with a 7600xt so anything around that would be great. I play mostly indie games and some lower requirement shooters like squad and warframe. I am fine with low to medium in general.
7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
Programming and some basic stuff jobs may require.
8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
A terabyte or so is great
9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.
I don’t really care as long as it’s not super sketchy
10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
4 or more year preferably
11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
None.
12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
I would prefer not an Apple device that’s about it. I like the idea of a framework but it’s rather expensive for what I get.
13. What country do you live in?
The U.S.
14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.
I like Linux a lot more than windows so I would like a laptop that won’t have to deal with driver issues on KDE Neon (it is based on Ubuntu). The current laptop I have is the dell latitude 5400.

Here are a few laptops that I think hit the sweet spot between your budget, Linux compatibility, 7600 XT like graphics and 6+ hours of battery life. I’ve used Linux on each of these myself (or know people who have) and none of them should give you too much trouble with KDE Neon.
