Laptop Upgrades?

Ok, I bought an Asus G72 gaming laptop from Best Buy. It came with a Core 2 Duo (2m53ghz), 6gb of RAM & a GeForce GTX 260m (1gb). I was wondering if it would be possible to upgrade the CPU to a Core 2 Quad and upgrade the graphics card to a GeForce GTX 480M. If so, where can I get the parts & how hard would it be to do?

I think you can upgrade the CPU to Q9000(It will void the warranty though) but you can't upgrade the VGA.
