Laptop used to run games well (enough). Now they run terrible.

Alright, first of all, i'm new here. So sorry if i'm not all up with what goes on etc. etc.

But basically,

I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Series about 10 months ago. I've tweaked the performance so that everything (that I know of) is on 'High Performance' and runs as fast as it can. All games that I have played (ARK - Medium - 30FPS / RUST - Lowish - 40FPS / CS - Medium - 70FPS) have ran fairly well for what my laptop can run them. That is until, about a week or so ago. All of the performance of these games have basically gone to, well, crap. Even Minecraft. I run it with OptiFine and low graphics, and STILL only achieve 20-35 FPS. It's pathetic!

So far I have:

- Unparked my CPU's
- CCleaner'd
- Uninstalled programs that I don't use (Apart from the ones that I don't know what they do)
- Upgraded to Windows 10 (Increased FPS by about 5 or so)

My Specs:

-Brand: DELL
-Model: Inspiron 15 7000 Series
-Bought From/Price: $1800 AUD
-OS: 64 Bit
-CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40GHz
-GPU: AMD Radeon r7 m270 / Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500
-Resolution: 4K (Turned down to 1366 x 768)
-RAM: Dual Core 16GB (8x2)

If you could help me fix this, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks heaps!
