Laptop with gtx 980m or wait for 10xx series?

Hi, i've got my eye on a nice sale for a msi laptop with skylake i7 and a gtx 980m.

But I'm wondering if I should wait for the 10xx series since they use a new architechture and might be a lot faster for around the same price as the current 9xx series.

Any ideas?

Hi, I've stumbled upon a sale for an msi gt72 dominator g laptop with an i7 6700 gtx 980m 8gb ddr4 ram, 128gb ssd and 1tb hdd.

I can buy this laptop new for 1500 euro's what is quite cheap (heroes special edition last in stock) seen the next laptop with the same spec prices around 2000 euro's.

Now I'm wondering if I should go for this and save at least 500 euro's for now, or wait for laptops with a gtx 1070m since the normal 1070 is said to be faster than a 980ti.

Or do you guys think that laptops with a gtx 1070m will still be more expensive than the 980m series now?
