Should be fine for 1366x768 resolution with medium quality graphics.

Check around for some mods that can help improve performance without much impact to the game itself. For example, there was a mod for Fallout 3 that removed 1 type of burnt book and 1 type of tiny pebble that really served no purpose; meaning it didn't hide or coverup anything. Those two and some other minor performance tweaks.
