Laptop with Intel Iris Pro 5200

Hi everyone

Situation:

I have an ultrabook atm i5 dual core with 4400 HD integrated, I will be giving it to my Dad later next year and will be getting a new laptop for class/work.

I do some testing with android and sometimes need 2 -3 Android Studios open which take up a huge amount of RAM, my ultrabook dies with 2 Studios open which is why I want to get a newer one .

What I would like to have in the new machine

Slim
Intel Iris Pro
1080p (no 4K)
No discrete GPU necessary (have a desktop)
16GB RAM and a SSD
Decent cooling
Battery not a constraint
Budget not a constraint
No Apple (MBA/MBP)

I have looked thru a lot and honestly I am kinda confused atm, any help will be appreciated

Just upgrade the RAM to 16 gb and add SSD in the customization option.

And do not forget to select an operating system because it does not come with one so factor that into the price.
