laptop won't boot

My sister wanted to delete all the games installed by the kids. She must have deleted programs or something because it does nothing now. I turn it on and it goes directly to an enter password screen. Which password do I need to enter? Windows password, administrator password, ?

This may be the BIOS administrator password which your sister may set in the BIOS setup option. Without giving correct password , you can't even enter into your boot option. So If you unable to get the password, bring your laptop to the service center. they will remove the password.

The second option is, ask the password from your sister.
