Laptop won't charge at specific time

As the title says, my PC, HP Pavilion Laptop won't charge at specific time, it won't charge around 00:00 to 01:00 any solutions?

Have you checked the sleep and hibernation settings to make sure it isn't set to actually not allow it to charge, or do other things, during that time?

nevermind.. I checked it my pc is normally functioning, maybe something with electricity in my house, everything wont charge around that time, including phone, Mi-Fi etc. and it happens in every room of my house

Very weird. You shouldn't get fluctuating power that way. If you are, you may want to contact the power company.
