Laptop wont power on but power light is on and fans turn on

My laptop is a series 7 samsung chronos and when I tried powering it on the power light comes on blue but only fans turn on. The computer doesn't start up and the keyboard doesn't light up.

Either the boot drive has crashed, or the motherboard is dead, or the two are not connecting.

I would take the HDD and test is separately.
