Laptop won't power on. Help!

Hey, my laptop recently stopped working all of a sudden. I was using it at the time & boom, darkness. Wouldn't power on again, even with the AC adaptor plugged in. I've also tried the adaptor while having the battery out & it still does nothing. This morning I bought a brand new charger & it worked for 10 mins before cutting off again. I'm now getting nothing, none of the lights on the front will light up either.

Have you dropped the laptop recently? Also was the laptop warm or hot when this happened?
