Laptop wont power on.

HI, I'm having issues with my laptop. When I plug it in or use the battery it automatically turns on the fan, but doesn't boot up, even if press I the power button.
-Hard drive good.
-Ram good.

Processor is good, so it should be the mobo, I'm getting a replacement and will test it.

Replaced the mobo, powers on fine but won't boot to windows without giving me a BSOD, error (0x00000124) I even formatted the HD and tried to install an OS, but still got this error, or it would just freeze. Anyone there?
