Laptop wont stay off...

I have a probook 4545s. Works fine still after a couple years. Only problem is that if I try to turn it off while it is plugged in, it wil just reboot on its own. If I unplug it, it will stay off.

It is is kinda like the windows phones in that way where it cant be plugged in and off at the same time.

I am using windows 7 and the battery and ac adapter are all stock from the original purchase.

Anyone have this happen (on any model) and find a fix?

In the Laptops BIOS there might be a setting that is set to something like "On AC power restore: turn laptop on"
