Laptop wont turn on, fan runs at lowest speed

Hi guys I have a problem with my laptop Samsung P710.
When i press power button, blue LED power light on mobo comes on, makes a very short beep something like HDD is being starting, fan turns on at lowest speed. The AC adapter is working.
If i leave like this my battery begins to be drained (i have button on my battery to show percentage), and after maybe 1 hour like this the mobo is warm, sowmething like you just recently used the laptop.
But problem is that my laptop screen is black and the only light active is the blue power light...
So in summary, my laptop gives only black screen , fan is running , battery does its job draining/recharges, but all it gives a black screen.
This happened me after reslotting the ram modules

Why did you mess with the RAM sticks in the first place? Did you try one RAM stick at a time, in both slots to see if one of the slots is maybe bad?
