Laptop wont turn on

I have a Laptop that wont turn on and I have run several test already, but would like a second opinion before I give up.

The Laptop a HP Pavilion x360 wont turn on or Boot, the light from On Switch turns on when pressed, fan spins but nothing comes up on LCD Screen or to a monitor connected via HDMI.

I have tried:
Holding Power Button for 15-30 seconds.
Full battery charged, without battery (Removed) and AC only.
External Monitor.
Without SSD and Keyboard.
The 1 Ram in Laptop was switched to test other port and tried without Ram.
I can't spot anything physically damaged on it at a simple glance.

I think its motherboard related since power is there, battery can be fully charged and has been. The fan spins and the SSD M.2 light blinks, I get no sound or LCD doesn't light up or monitor using HDMI does nothing.

Am I wrong? should I test something else?

Check usb ports for any damage or bent pins. Does this laptop have any amd gpu chip? or did i check it correct it only has cpu with integrated hd graphics?

Check with another charger or use multimeter to test your charger gives rated voltages.

USB Ports are fine nothing bent that I can spot. And you are correct on CPU and integrated graphics.
